Genova – The Ukrainian war is getting close to its fourth month of conflicts, and the diplomatic efforts have not yet had the desired effect of a ceasefire. Besides the obvious implications of this war – especially regarding the post-Covid economic growth perspectives – the risk of cyber-attacks from Russia is worrying as well.
This has been the topic discussed during the Assarmatori event in Genova, the past 18th May.
According to Mark Lowe, Pyramid Temi Group Risk Manager, it is precisely in digital that the issue becomes complex, in the light of the hacking activities implemented by Russian structures against Western companies, bodies and institutions over the last few years.
