As preannounced by Luigi Merlo – President of Federlogistica – the sites of the Port System Authority have been victims of cyber-crimes from the Russian collective Killnet.
The cyber-attack was made known directly by the Port Authority which reported anomalous traffic to the Adsp site and subsequently to the sites of the Ports of Genoa and other entities.
Thanks to the collaboration between the Genova Postal Police, the Port Authority technicians and the Liguria Digitale experts, that manage the sites, the cyber-attack was prevented and repelled.
This event obviously brings to mind the words of President Merlo, who only a few weeks ago had announced the risk of cyber-attacks by requesting the coordination of the Mims to precisely avert these actions of computer piracy.
